If you love our style and think we’d be the perfect fit for you, please fill in our enquiry form here on our website. We will get back to you within 48 hours with a personalised quote and information on how to book. We do require a booking fee to secure your wedding date with us. The booking fee amount will be stipulated on your quote. Once this is paid, you’ll receive a confirmation welcome email with a booking guide and information about the next steps of the booking.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?

We have all our prices for you to view on our pricing page

DO YOU REQUIRE A MINIMUM BOOKING?

Friday, Saturday and Sunday weddings in peak season may require a minimum booking of bride plus one adult for both hair and makeup (or the monetary equivalent of). Minimum booking requirements also apply to bank holidays, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

DO YOU TRAVEL TO OTHER AREAS NOT LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Yes, we welcome enquiries to other areas and love destination weddings! The travel fee will be calculated from your artist’s home and included in your quote. Please note that accommodation may need to be provided for the night before depending on the location and travel time from the artist’s home.

I HAVE A LARGE BRIDAL PARTY. DO YOU HAVE A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF SERVICES YOU CAN ACCOMMODATE?

The amount of hair and makeup services we are able to accommodate on the wedding day will often depend on the time you all need to be ready to leave for the ceremony and how early you want to get up on the wedding morning. We are used to the early starts but also understand that not everyone wants to get up at the crack of dawn on their wedding day! Should you wish to have a later start or have too many services for one artist to manage on their own, we also offer an additional artist service where your chosen main artist will bring along a second artist on the wedding day to help share the services. There will be a fee of £125 charged per additional artist added to the booking.

WHAT BRANDS DO YOUR ARTISTS USE IN THEIR KITS?

Our artists don’t exclusively use a certain brand, but a selection of their favourite products from different luxury & professional brands. All products have been hand picked for their performance power and longevity.

Some of our fave makeup brands include Charlotte Tilbury, Urban Decay, Bobbi Brown, Hourglass and Glossier. Some of our fave hair brands include L’Oreal Pro, Osis, Hot Tools & Cloud Nine

IS IT COMPULSORY TO HAVE A TRIAL?

Trials are optional, but we do highly recommend all brides have a trial prior to their wedding day. Trials are really important to try out the kind of look you want and make sure that you feel comfortable with what you’ve chosen and make sure it’s the right look for you. It is a great opportunity to discuss the look with your artist and make any adjustments to ensure you are completely happy. Your artist will also have the chance to get to know you a little better. Hair and makeup styles can be a very personal thing and we like to ensure a bride feels like herself.

Your artist will make a detailed record of how your look was created and the products used so they can replicate the look on the wedding morning. We understand stress and nerve levels can be high on the morning of a wedding and we like to know our brides can completely trust that they are in safe hands and will love the look created for them, so it’s one less thing to worry about.

WHEN DO YOU RECOMMEND I BOOK MY TRIAL?

We recommend that the trial is booked around 3 – 6 months prior to your wedding day. Our artists will do their best to work around your schedule, but understandably Friday and weekend dates are peak days for weddings and so are priority for wedding bookings. We therefore keep trial bookings to Monday – Thursday only. We also advise that your bridal trial is carried out during daylight hours. Weekend and evening trial bookings are only taken in special circumstances at the discretion of your artist and may incur an additional fee. Please bear this in mind when booking your trial date with us.

WHERE WILL THE TRIAL BE HELD?

Trials will be held either at your home or your artist’s home/studio. For artists who require clients to travel to them, this will be stipulated in the initial booking process. Additional travel/congestion/parking charges may apply if applicable.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY TRIAL?

Once you have secured you booking with us, we will send you over a booking form to complete. This will ask you to provide some information about yourself and your wedding day and ask you about the kind of hair and/or makeup styles you like. We will also send out our Booking Guide & Trial Tips for you to read through. This will go through all you need to know about choosing the right hair and makeup styles for you and how best to prepare for your trial with us.

WHAT HAPPENS AT MY TRIAL?

Your artist will have a thorough consultation with you to discuss ideas for your hair and makeup, your needs, expectations and how you envision your look before they start. On the booking form you will have completed prior to your trial, we ask you to provide us with images of looks/styles you like. Having something visual to look at and discuss will really help us to get an idea of the kind of look you’re after.

Once you have decided on your final look and are completely happy with everything, your artist will then record all the products used, take reference photos and make detailed notes so that your hair and makeup look can be replicated with ease on the day of your wedding.

We allow approximately 3 hours for a bridal hair and makeup trial appointment.

CAN I TRY MORE THAN ONE LOOK AT MY TRIAL?

You are able to try more than one look at your trial but we do ask that you try and pin point a general style you like or perhaps 2 favourites. Too many choices can get confusing and can in fact lead to an unsuccessful trial. It is easier to have a general style that you like that can be tweaked rather than several completely different styles. This is why it’s so important to do your research prior to your trial so you can decide on the look that’s right for you.

YOUR WEDDING DAY

FAQ

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE WEDDING DAY?

We want your hair and makeup experience to be as enjoyable as possible. We will ensure you feel relaxed, pampered and prepared to enjoy your special day. You will be able to sit back and relax on the day with the confidence that you are in our capable hands.

To guarantee your day goes according to plan and is as stress-free as possible, we will make sure that everything is prepared and organised. Your artist will arrive in plenty of time to set up their kit. We also ask anyone having services on the day to send us over inspiration pics ahead of the day along with any additional information we may need to know. Prior to the wedding day we will send you over a time schedule so you and your bridal party will know exactly what time you are needed.

We understand how hectic the morning of your wedding can be and so we are always on hand to help out where we can, from helping to do up dresses to drying the bouquets, we’ll be with you every step of the way!

Last minute touch-ups will be made before you leave for the ceremony, to ensure you look your best in your photographs and for your partner.

HOW LONG WILL THE HAIR AND MAKEUP TAKE?

Timings are dependant on each artist and the looks chosen by you and your bridal party. Please see below estimated timings for our services:

Bride Hair & Makeup: 2 hours
Bride Hair Only: 1 hour 10 mins
Bridal Makeup Only: 50 mins
Bridal Party Hair: 40 mins
Bridal Party Makeup: 40 mins
Flower Girl Hair: 25 mins
Junior Bridesmaid Hair & Makeup: 45 mins

We also allow a set up time of 20 mins and recommend all services to be completed 45 – 6o mins prior needing to leave for the ceremony.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR THE WEDDING DAY?

We recommend washing hair the day/night before so it is clean but not too soft and silky! Please make sure skin is clean and completely free of any makeup. Skincare can be done as normal in the morning.

Your artist will need a table/surface space big enough to lay out their kit and a chair for you to sit on (one chair per artist). They will also require nearby access to a plug socket to plug in any hair tools and as near to a natural light source as possible.

CAN YOU STAY FOR TOUCH UPS THROUGHOUT THE WEDDING DAY?

If you are interested in booking your artist for additional time on the wedding day or require a second look/evening style, please let us know when submitting your enquiry and we can include this in your quote. Pricing will be calculated based on services required and the number of extra hours you require your artist to stay.
